Default 98 Formula Hardtop with 5.3

Soo... Had a conversation with the wife asking her which vehicle suits me better, and she chose my truck...

With that said, the car will probably be going up for sale in order to fund my turbo Silverado build.

I just don't have any clue what this thing is worth. I was checking it out more today and noticed that the body is in really good shape aside from a cracked front fender and some spider cracks in the paint on the nose. Other than that, it just needs some cleaning up on the outside and the wing painted.

How much would you guys think I could get for this car? I'm located in Tampa, and it seems like muscle cars sell pretty well down here.

1998 Formula Hard Top----5.3 SWAPPED----NOT LS1
-226k miles on body ~140k on engine(clean as a whistle inside)
-4L60E with stock converter (have a T56 I could toss in for the right deal)
-No Catalytic Converters
-Flowmaster Cat-back with rectangle Z28 tips (not sure why)
-17x9.5 ZR1 Wheels w/275-40-17s
-New Radiator
-Spohn solid engine mounts
-Racetronix Fuel Pump and Hotwire kit (new in box)

Needs some interior work. I'll take care of some of it before its sold though.

I'd appreciate some ballpark estimates on what you guys think its worth if you have the time.

Thanks,
Derek

No offense, but that car looks beat to heck. The engine bay alone would be enough to turn me off, not to mention the 220k miles on the body, the paintwork it needs, and the other issues you mentioned. I hope you didn't put the 5.3 into it looking like that, all dirty and cruddy. Everything I see screams that the car has not been taken care of at all. I think you would be lucky to see $4000 for it on a good day.

Body wise it's not that bad. I may buy a new fender and nose for the car before I sell it and I plan on getting the interior at least presentable. I have the factory hatch for it as well. It. really just needs a good cleaning, which will happen before I put it up for sale. I cleaned the engine up a little before we set the car back down on it. I just didn't tare many pictures of the process.
