Where to sell car not private party?
I need to sell my 2002 Trans AM M6 to free up a payment right now, but don't want to sell private party with everything going on right now. What kind of dealerships buy/sell these types of cars now that they are older? I was going to have a family member try to sell it at a Buick/GMC dealer, but he said it's not the right place for it to sell. I bought this car 3 years ago from a place that sells mainly trucks and custom cars, but didn't have the best experience with them so don't want to deal with them again. Is Carmax my only bet or is there something better that anyone knows of? I guess I could try the kbb instant offer thing as well. The car has about 90k miles on it and is in good shape. Thanks!
There is Route 65 Sales & Classic in Ham Lake.
I do a bit of work for them doing paint corrections.
They have a big variety there. It's indoors.

Yeah I get that, but like I said, **** is way too chaotic right now and I'm not willing to deal with stupid people or risk my life for an extra couple grand. I may not even end up selling (most likely scenario), but was just looking for other avenues of sale I could approach besides the typical ones out there.

If you can find a place to sell it on consignment you will come out better than just selling outright. Likely most places will offer you about half of what they would plan to sell it for.

Good to know. The place 98Cayenne linked above does consignment so I will look into that.
Be sure to read the contract closely so you know what exactly you are agreeing to and what their cut will be. Be sure to set lower limits (minimum you will take) that are agreeable to you.
