Is it best to have your drag tire/wheels ready to go to measure after rolling your fenders or can I just roll and be done. Only asking because I havent bought my slicks and dont want to rent your tool/return it and find out later after I buy my slicks that I needed to roll more than I did? Does that make any sense???

You can do what I did and just roll them all-the-way and be done with it. The area above the tire can be folded over on itself so that the metal is basically two layers thick at the edge. This is only necessary directly above the tire, and then you taper off the amount of roll as you approach the front and rear of the wheel well. Just be patient and keep adjusting the wheel angle to match the current angle of the lip...and don't overdo it, or you'll bulge the outer fender.
