Thank you. Do you know if they intend to get the certification for all the 17" sizes?

I can not say for sure, At this time as far as i know the 17" is not sfi approved. With the 17x4 that might change on that wheel.

I know the SFI is a selling item on this wheel but its not a requirement for the street or for the type of racing I do. Or many for what it matters. Can anyone get a 17x4 without it? Or BS dont sell any wheel without the SFI sticker?

The 17x4 is not produced yet. So i can not say if it will be SFI cert or not. The other 17" wheels are not SFI.

The 15" Street Lites and the 15" Comp Series are Sfi Approved.

SFI certification is certainly not a deal breaker for me. I was just curious as to what is is, and why some are and some arent. And what NHRA/IHRA rules say about them.

I will very likely get some 17X11 & 17X4 for my vette when they become available.

They look good, are priced right, and are light weight.

Well I like the style of these wheels especially with a narrowed rear. Im about to ditch my ABS and rear brakes for a different set up so I can run these. I drive on the street alot and need a sturdy wheel. How much for the front runners for the LS1? And do they take the regular shank lugnut?

Oh btw, What is the inner barrel diameter? Im looking at other vehicles with disk brakes. I have seen ford explorer brakes used before and I believe they cleared Weld wheels. If they do they should clear yours right?

what Dr are you intrested in??

The wheels may fit over the studs, but the spacer that goes on the outside of the wheel under the lugnut looks to be an issue.

And Racin96ss, that hooptie looks GOOOOOD!

FATBOY

The 5/8 studs and spacers fit these wheels without an issue as Jason noted.

That spacer fits perfect in the hole/cutout. Quite a few people use them with that setup.

Some info.

5.5" Bs regular street lite Will work With Lt1 brakes and a narrowed rearend.

So if you are looking to narrow Your rearend ( which i do sell moser ready to go ) Or you have a narrowed rearend already. You can swap to Lt1 brakes in the rear and Bolt right on and go.

Can the 17 inch wheels be run on a roadcourse? Like a trackday or HPDE, just on regular street tires?

Anyone have any pics of the 17" X 11" over the 17"X9.5"? I'm curious if the back spacing is different for a deep dished look.

I'm looking for a pic of the 17x11 + 17x7 on a CAMARO. Seen two I believe on a bird, but not a Camaro. Birds seem to have a wider rear end and if the backspacing is a tad too little, they stick out on Camaros.

What's the exact backspacing for the 17x11?
