Just ordered 18x.95 rims should I go with a 35 or 40 tire?

I've got rear air springs, and this is my usual ride height.
The other photo is with it aired-out.
Even with it aired-out I have 3/8" to 1/2" of tire to fender clearance (yes,rolled fender lips).

mine are 245/40/18 and 285/40/18 and have no problem with rubbing on stock height
they are also nitto nt555 extreme

I just got 275/35/18, but I did consider running the 275/40/18 in the rear. I have 1 inch Hotchkis drop springs.
