However, your tire sizes would almost be right. The 275-30-19 would be a little stretched out and the overall diameter is very slightly smaller than your front would be. I say change the rear size to 285-30-19 and it'd be just right.

the 275-35-19 would be an inch taller than stock. the 285-35 even more. I was referring to the ABS problems. What size front tire are you running. I was sure that if there was more than about a 3/4" difference in diameter it would start pissing off the TCS and ABS. I have 275 and 295-35-18s. My ABS seems very touchy and thats only a 1/2" difference.

245/40/18 = 25.72" overall diameter, sidewall height = 3.86"
255/35/18 = 25.03" overall diameter, sidewall height = 3.51"
275/30/19 - 25.5" overall diameter, sidewall height = 3.25"
There's only a 1/2" differnce in the 275/30/19 to the 255/35/18, so that won't throw the ABS off. The 245/40/18 has an extra 1/2" of sidewall height over the 275/30/19, it's also an overall larger in diameter tire than the 275/30/19, and if you see pics of cars that run 245/40/18's front with 275/30/19's rear it just looks bad. The 255/35/18 tire is actually a 1/2" smaller than the rear tire, which will look better and it's only got an extra 1/4" of sidewall height than the 275/30/19 which also makes it look better.
Going with a 275/35/19 or 285/35/19 tire is actually the same, performance wise, as putting a lower numerically gear in the rear-end...that obviously doesn't help performance at all...ESPECIALLY if you're an auto and already have the 2.73!
To be honest, when I first planned to put C6 rims on my Z28, I bought the 255/35/18 tires for the front and 275/30/19 for the rear, but I couldn't bring myself to put staggered rims on an F-Body because it really does look odd IMO...F-Bodies can't pull off staggered rim sizes like the 'Vette can. I ended up going with 19" C6 rims all the way around....mine's the one on the right and I'm running 275/30/19's all the way around:
255/35/18 = 25.03" overall diameter, sidewall height = 3.51"
275/30/19 - 25.5" overall diameter, sidewall height = 3.25"

This is a picture of a Formula with 245/40/18 fronts and 275/30/19 rears:
Now compare that with this which has 19x10's all the way around w/275/30/19 tires (my front end hadn't settled yet after the spring swap, so it's not sitting level yet. It does sit level now as you can tell from the pic in the above post):
You decid which you like better...

i think it looks funny when you run a smaller diameter wheel on the front and have to keep the overall diameter the same. I think its because you have to run a taller sidewall. I dont know exactly what it is, but it looks funny.

No abs problems here.
IMO, as long as the rear tire sidewall is as talll, or taller than the front tire sidewall it will look good!
Otherwise it will just look wrong!
Also if you're worried about the tire height variation from front to rear, IMO just get F. 18s, R. 18s or F. 19s, R. 19s .
