They have warnings these tires are non repairable on the toyo info about these. This sounds a bit scary if you get a hole street driving them. Stick tires like this tend to pick up nails and screws.

I was ready to buy some but that warning in is scaring me. At least they dont' have low temp cracking warnings like the nittos as they aren't type r.

No DR can be repaired, not only that it is advised against repairing any z rated tire, you can also not repair supercar tires like come on the Vettes stock. Dont be scared by that.

So what do you mean..you mean don't worry about the warning. Haven't seen this warning on et street radial or nittos.

Are you saying its ok to do a proper repair because certainly would worry if can't repair one of these they are not that cheap.

He means that drag radials will not be repaired by any shop, whether it says that on a website or not. So if you go and buy the Nittos or the MT it makes no difference, the rule still applies.

I'm not saying that you can't go and repair the hole yourself, just that a shop will not do it for you.

Anymore info on these tires? I'm thinking about giving them a shot, I just don't want to be disappointed. I'm interested in the 315s if anyone has any feedback... Traction, streetability, longevity.

Thanks

In for the info as well. My BFG's are bald and I need new ones very soon, anybody have any more info on these? I'm either gonna get BFG's again, try the nitto's, or these. Whatever the case may be their strictly for street use, I doubt I'm ever gonna see track time for a while.

These are my first DR's. They do good on the street. Theyre 00 treadwear rating, nittos are 100, so theyre a lot stickier. m/t's are 000. I went to the track with them on opening week/free racing shitty preping! No one was hooking that night. Best i did that night was 13.7, i was running 13.0 on all season tires in the fall. this is on an a4 with lid, LT's, ory, cut-out, and stock cat back.

i currently have BFG's and love them. i've met one person that actually hooked on nitto's with any decent amount of power. only dr i've had experience with that hooks better than the BFG's is M/T
