The 11.5's on a 8" stock rim will be close to 27" tall. Bascially taking away gearing. In a 6spd, this isn't as big of an issue as a Automatic.

Not a big issue if you have high stall. Gives a little more trap speed. Effects depend on your cam. They are good with a strong midrange cam.

I used to run 10.5's with stock cam/TC. They work fine but do better with a HI Stall TC.
I set my shift points at 6300rpms and finished in the quarter at top of 3rd.(A4)

Get a line lock to heat them well without damaging your rear brakes. SLP is the best.
