I've had two sets of Bogarts. He should do what they do, they told me 6-8 weeks and it took about 7 weeks to get them. I think telling a longer lead time would help some of this?

That would be the thing to do. People appreciate honesty.

My next mod = !4x4, all pictures are available here: http://public.fotki.com/jaime302/car...28/new-rubber/. He shipped your overnight right? I believe I've been waiting longer than anyone in this thread and havent gotten mine. I guess mine were shipped with ground shipping. A week and a half ago I was told mine would be shipped overnight. Then he told me again on Friday the 12th that they had just now shipped. I'M ONLY 4 HOURS FROM CHICAGO, in the past when I've had a package ship from chicago it arrived the next day. I'll take his word for it and wait until tomorow before I start to say I was lied to again. I guess in his defense the SEVERAL times I called to see what was going on, most of the time Jason told me "they should have shipped today". Notice the "should". The rest of the time he said he would call me back within the hour after he found out what was going on and never did! Not once.
It sucks because I had planned on ordering the 17x11s very soon, but I sure as hell WILL NOT be giving The Billet Spot my business.
I'll just have to find somewhere else that sells the 17x11s while I continue to spread my negative feedback to everyone I can, unless something is done to make this right with me.

Yes, shipped overnight to Virginia. If you're only 4 hours from Chicago, even ground should get there in 1 day.

yep. 2 of my stock wheel studs broke off upon trying to remove them (stock studs are just getting old) and i had to also replace the lugs that they broke off in. took them down to oreilleys and they matched me up with some lugs. they come in sets of 4.

yep, the washers will come with any shank style lug nut.

my warning to you is to make sure your stock studs are clean and in good shape. like i said i've broken 2 while REMOVING them. its really bizzare and a huge pain in the ***.

This is very good advice! I've stripped a stud on the rear while removing it, and had to pull the axle and drill it out from the inside. It was a major PITA. I've gotten in the habit of taking a wire brush to my studs every time before I reinstall the lug nuts.

Sorry to see that he is f'n other people around! I went through the whole delay thing with him, no response from PM's, etc. I got all my stuff, just took way too long.

I sent a PM to a mod that sent him a PM for me, I think that helped it along a little.

With this kind of service, I doubt he'll be around much longer...

Their customer service really sucks, I ordered my fronts from them and heard nothing but bullshit excuses for 2 weeks about how they would give me a conformation. Then they told me that they didnt know when the wheels would be shipped cause they dont get a conformation. What kinda buisness do they run here? I would highly recommend ordering them from jegs or summit. I had my rears and all 4 tires for my 15's way before I even got my fronts from Dragwheelz.

I e-mailed again over the weekend and no response again it looks like a lost cause for my lug problem BUT I can't see how this site still lets them dick people around and lets them sell from here.I also didn't know they were to come with stems so another reason to be pissed.

Kyle, from where you live, anything from chicago is next day shipping even if using ground.
