I've had these since 2008 and believe I was the first on LS1Tech with this style. I got them on eBay, but I'm not sure if the seller was OEWheels or not. Either way, it's a great looking wheel and I get compliments everywhere I go.

I'm considering a change in the coming months. I love this wheel, but wish there was a way to put the red trim around them. That's the only thing I dislike, there's no lip. I thought about getting the C6 Z06 in black with the red trim, but I think the machined dish on the C5 wheel really makes the overall look of the car pop more than going (mostly) all black with the wheels.

I just got some used older style OE Wheels. Obviously these do not have the huge lip, and they have less of a dished look.

During which years were these ZR1 style wheels produced?

Has anyone tried the C7 Z06 wheel yet? I was looking at the Gunmetal color combo for my '99 silver SS. I haven't been able to find any pics of these wheels on a 4th gen.

Default C7 18?

I see the C7's in staggered 18 rear and 17 fronts. Any plans on having a 18" front and rear set? Say 18x10.5 with 18x8.5?

I currently have a staggered set of c6 deep dish, but am looking for 18" all the way round and checked on the site to see the C7's and fell in love!

Still rocking my C5's but contemplating going with the Deep Dish 18'' in the rears, I would rather stick with 17s for thicker sidewall DRs but I know the C5s don't come deep dish on 17s.

I am also contemplating the new Gunmetal C7 Z06s but I can't purchase them until I see them on another Black WS6, does anyone have a shot of these yet?

Got the wheels put on a couple of weeks ago. When i first got them one of the center caps was wrong i got another one but the color is a lighter matte finish but i said ohh well. Also there not reverse mount so the first tire shop damaged one wheel, 2 other tire shops did not want to touch the rest. I finally went to a 4th tire shop that was willing to put it on and did a great job. The rear 2 rims needed grinding since it would not fit on the hub. So overall after putting them on I'm pleased with the look for sure, better then the salad shooters, just a bit of a headache putting them on. There 18x9.5 Fronts and 18X10.5 Rears. Tires are Federal RS-R 265/35/18 Fronts and 285/30/18 Rears.

Not sure if this has been brought up, but any chance the new z28 wheel replicas are in the works?

sorry to hear that you had some issues putting them on the rear. This has happened in the past with some other members here. From what I heard the rear hubs on a small portion of Camaros and firebirds have a different size hub, which is very odd and we have been unable to find out why that is. however it is very minor and only affects a small portion of vehicles. they do look great on your vehicle and thank you for your purchase. :

I just wish you guys made a set of OEM looking 10 spokes... Maybe some chrome... Some anniversary? With a larger rear wheel option.

Do we know what wheels will clear brembos on the 4th gen without spacers? Or hopefully, a shorter list of the ones that do not?

40mm offset. I highly doubt they have the all that info. Someone should add it to big brake sticky. I think one guy got c5dd 18's to work without but it was way to close without spacer, less than 1.5mm, and he eventually ran one.

I'll be mounting 5th gen brembos and rotors on OE 18" C6 z06 DD rims with in the next couple weeks. I'll report back.
