New ZR1's not bolting up!!

Default New ZR1's not bolting up!!

I have a 96 TA and bought some ZR1'S to replace my stock rims, but the rears won't mount. Do I need a spacer of some kind, and if so what size?

Most likely need to grind the inner hub of the wheel a little bit. The hub on the axle of LT1 cars is slightly larger then the hub of a LS1 car.

just sand the hub down a bit. thats what i did

Common problem on the "LT1" F-Cars . . . the rear axle hub botton is ever so slightly larger than the "LS1" cars . . . Why? . . . who knows . . .

You can ream the hole on the wheel just a touch bigger, or as stated above, make the hub button a wee bit smaller.

Thats what I been told, I just wanted to get a second opinion. Not to crazy about grinding on my wheels or hub unless it was absolutely necessary. Thanks guys...
