Default Difference between TTII's and TTM's

Looking at getting a set of black TTM's because TTII's are only in chrome. What the hell is the difference between the M's and II's??

The spokes are different too. The TTM's are pretty much replicas of the Mustang Bullit wheels. There are a lot of people that have them on their f-bods.

I thought TT2 generally came polished and not chrome.

They do come polished, but you can get them custom ordered in chrome.

Also, the TTII is a 2 piece wheel made in the USA. The TTM is 1 piece. I don't know where it's made, though. If looking for new TTIIs, watch out for TT2.1 wheels. They look identical to the TTII but are 1 piece cast wheels made in China. It appears they're going to be the replacement for the TTII.

TTM and TT2 look just about the same, but the TT2 are more expensive and usually come in polished. 99% of people could not tell you the difference, so unless you are constantly going to car shows I didnt think it was worth the PITA of polishing TT2s all day. The chrome finish on the TTM is so easy to take care of.
And yes you can order the TT2 with chrome centers but the lip is still polished and they are more than $200 more than the TTM.
Guess it depends on if its your daily driver or not, if yes then go with a chrome wheel.
