Good price for Nitto's??
Stopped by a local ricer shop today to see if they mount and balance tires not sold by them, I was thinking of picking up a set of NT 555's online.
I figured since they sell so many big wheels they'd do a good job and not scratch my wheels, and be able to put the weights on just the back of the wheels (turns out that's the only way they do it at that shop).
I asked him about the Nittos and he said he was actually a dealer, so I asked him for a price for the heck of it.
4 x 275/40/17 with mounting, balancing and tax, for $640.
That sound pretty decent?

That doesn't sound too bad to me. The cheapest I can find them for is $129 a piece, then after shipping, you are looking at around $550. Then probably $50 to mount and balance all 4. So around $600 bucks. If anybody knows a place to get them cheaper, let me know. I am in the market for new tires right now.
