Default Recent tire swap, big improvement. Very happy :)

Just purchased two Bridgestone F-Force Sport 255/50/R16's to replace some Mastercraft Avenger tires that the previous owner had on the vehicle. I have to say, these tires are ultra grippy on the street compared to the old tires. Size is 255/50/R16

Has anybody had any experience with them? Are there any tires in the same price range ($116 a tire, would be willing to spend up to $200) that grip as well or better than these tires?

The mastercrafts probably cost 40 bucks a piece, so yeah, there will be improvement. For that size, 200 bucks a tire is gonna get you pretty much anything you want in a street tire. Michelin PS2's might be 210...but not much more.

Sorry about the editing. I know... It's professional-grade.

They are 255/50R16 Bridgestone G-Force sports.

Yeah, THOSE!

I've too much to drink, Gents. I'm off to place where I can't make any more of a fool of myself until the morning.

Having sobered up, yes, the BF Goodrich G-Force Sports hook much better than the previous rubber. ESPECIALLY in the rain. I would even say the Mastercrafts were dangerous compared to these. I don't think ACS has kicked my foot back once since I put them on.
