I had 18x10.5's on mine, with 335 Nitto DR's. Took a lot of modifying to get them in there though. 5/16" spacer, hammered inner fenders quite a bit, and rolled outter lips.

An 11" wide wheel (+45 to +50 offset), with some BFH inner fender work and a Adjustable PHB.

That all really helps guys, thanks. But im in college and you know how all college kids are broke. How hard in it to roll your outter lips on the finders? Also im looking at some Torq Thrust II 17x9.5 and 17x11 and they say they are for a 93 and up camaro and trans am, will i still have to do everything to the finders and stuff even though they say the rims are for a trans am?

Torq thrust II 17"x11" will fit fine. BFH mod to the rear inner fender and a panhard bar your good to go. You wont need to roll your fenders if your not lowered.

Im a little confused with the BFH mod to the rear inner fender. Is that just where you beat the living crap outta the inner finder? And what Panhard Bar would be the best for my car if i wanna put those rims on?

Yes, that would be it! If you don't want to go that route then stick a 10-10.5" wide wheel. As far as PHB's you'll need at least a single adjustable; UMI would be my top pick.

So I’ll need to get 2 PHB's, right? Would you recommend an adjustable, or an on-car adjustable?

no, what he means by at "least a single adjustable" is regarding the design. a standard adjustable with one adjusting nut is referred to as a single. a double adjustable is the on car adjustable one with two adjusting nuts. either one will do fine as they both serve the same job, but the double adjustables are usually double rod end models that are considered more high performance.

My bad, i need to rephrase my question. Do i just need to buy one PHB or are two required for my car? Im not to knowledgable on the suspension end of cars, performance is more in my favor.

our cars only have one PHB. there's a company that sells a setup with two phbs but there's no point in looking into that unless you're hardcore into autox and road racing.

99% of the people out there will be happy with a single adjustable poly/rod end but if you want to go the extra mile get the double rod/rod. Just know that having dual rod ends will lead to noise. I hear a clicking from the bar moving when going over bumpy roads no matter how much I splayed the rod ends.

F-bodies have an incredibly simple rear suspension set up to understand utilizing only three things to keep the axle in line other than shocks and a swaybar. Spend some time in the suspension section looking up lower control arms, panhard rod, and torque arm. When it comes time to buy read what's out there and buy what's most suitable for your application.

For now though, all you need to know is that any form of adjustable panhard rod is needed to center your axle so the wider wheels do not run on the body/chassis.

just go with 17x9.5 all the way around with a set of 275/40/17 to wrap em in and youll be fine instead of all this extra work especially since your in college and money is really hard for ya to come by lol
