Default ?sumitomo 315/35/17?

has anybody used these tires?any comments from those who have,i like the price of them i found them for 147.00 each,just wondering

They're decent tires. I've sold a lot of them. They wear really well. They apparently only offer the 315 in the HTRZ. It's not nearly as sticky as the HTRZII, but it's still a decent tire. Well worth the $$$ you pay for em' IMO.

they suck for traction even being 315's and all, they are rock hard so at least they'll last awhile

think they are alright for normal street use ,not track use of coarse

Hi there, if you go to discounttire.com or tirerack.com, you will find these tires. Keep in mind that the lower the number, the softer the tire. Our cars, Camaro Z28s, SS, TAs have soooo much Hp and Torque that almost any tire on the street will break. Take Care, Kevin.

How about the HTRZII's in a 285/35/18 in the back and a 275/40/17 up front? Do they have a pretty decent tread life? thanks

I have them and like them, not noisy, and they stick ok...I got mid 1.8 short times on them. Great value.

Those sizes will work well together. Yes, you'll get pretty good tread life out of them. I mean, they're not 50k mile tires, but they'll last a while.
