Lightbulb ? about 15" Billet Specialties skinnies....

Hey guys, i recently bought a set of 15" billet specialties street lites... i have 15x10, and 15x4... i went to put the skinnies on and the wheel doesnt fit on the hub... is this normal? do i need to buy an adaptor so the wheel will go onto the hub? and if i do need to get an adaptor, does anyone have a part number for it? or are you guys just trusting the lugnuts holding the rim on? it is a pretty tight fit when the wheel is on there... but i just wanna see what everyone else is doing....
Thanks!

You are gonna have to grind the calipers or run a spacer.

I've got 15x4s with 1.625 backspacing and they fit perfect but I had already clearanced my calipers for Draglites

Can you post pictures? What do you mean doesn't fit on the hub? I've never heard of this before. Clearing the brakes should be your only issue with these wheels.

They should fit over the dust cap no problem. Is this an older LT1 car or something?

So basically what you have is the wheels are Lug-centric and not Hub-centric. I know you can buy hub centric rings to make them Hub-centric.

I'd definately call billet specialties and get the hub adapters. I did that with my racestars and made me feel much more comfortable and then you can be absolutely certain the wheels are centered. And they were like $16 I think for mine.

actually, i have been doing alot of searching and if these wheels are "lug centric" then theres no need to have a hub ring...

B/S makes 15x4's in GM and Ford Bolt Patterns, so if you have a set of used 15x4/1.62's I don't see how they wouldn't fit since you ground the calipers. Post a picture.
