Default All with 18s out back...Help me out

Just wondering what size tire you are using....I am hoping to go with something along the lines of 18x10.5 with a 295-35-18 Eagle F1 Supercar??

Anyone running this setup on an F-bod? Will it clear?

Anyone know of wheels in this size? I am hoping BC offers this size....I like the Timeless 2s.

TIA,
-Nick

i have that same set up on my car with oem z06's. i had to run a 1/4in spacer, grind down the bump stop a little to keep it from hitting the inside of the wheel on big bumps, and massage a small part of the wheel well to keep it from rubbing on hard cornering. have fun, hope this helps.

I've got 18x9.5 Z06 and they clear fine, I could see where an extra inch might be a problem, but it can be done

I am running 18" x 10.5" FIKSE's with a 295/35YR18 tire. Fits great and looks awesome!

Wouldn't a slightly larger bump stop HELP the situation?

I too want to see people chime in on this one. I am doing the same.

I was wondering the same? A bigger bumpstop should eliminate the possibility of hitting the rear Quarter...

From the sound of it the 295-35-18 will work great as long as you have a wheel with the proper backspacing/offset... With stock Z06 rear wheels however, you need a spacer and may need to roll the rear fenders. (From what I have read so far..)

I am also going this route with the zo6 wheels and have been told that if you get 56 or 58mm offsets the 10.5 will fit with a 295 series tire. But I want a few more opinions on the situation. I really dont want to have to touch my fender, but am willing to negotiate with the wheel-well a little.

With reproduction zo6 wheels what kind of offset should we all try and get?

Thanks
Fry

Shoot, I have 295/30/19's on HRE's and they do not rub. My old 315/17's did, though.

its all about the offsets. if you put 18x10.5 on the rear with a stock z06 wheel you will rub like hell. But if you get a 50 mm offset you will be set. I have made my plan to get 18x9.5 w/53mm offset and 18x10.5 w/50mm offset. From what I have been told with 275/35 front, and 295/35 rear and these rims everything will fit perfectly except maybe a small rub but nothing major.
