A friend of a friend has a set of 4 Nascar tires that were used in a photo shoot in a commercial. They are the standard 28x12x15. She said I can have all 4 for $45 since they are trying to clear out their garage. I'm thinking I can use these at the drag strip? Just need to buy wheels somewhere for them. Is this a good idea? I have no idea if they will work on the back of my car or not?

Just picked them up. Looks like 2 are 27x10x15's and the other two are 26.5x10x15's.

Current Cup tires are 28x12x15 on a 9.5 in steel wheel. All Cup, Nationwide, and truck series tires will have yellow lettering.
