Default whats the best tires for the street??

Im putting down 511 wrhp n/a and spinning my bf goodwrench drag radial. its a 275 and its on my race stars wheels 15x10. I have a 300 shot that I would like to hit on the street but idk if I will ever be able to hook??? What tires do you think are the best??? How well will a slick hook on the street???

Give the 325/50/15 ET street radials a shot. They hook up really well on the street. Hooking a 300 shot might be a little hairy. Do you have a progressive controller?

you need to get wider rims first
then get M/T's

Why do i need wider "rims"?? I can fit a 325 on my wheels

Those BFG tires are sticky if they are the same ones i have.

A wider rim will pull the tire more square giving you more
tread to the ground.

Sometimes a smaller tire on the right size rim will give you more traction than a too wide of a tire on a smaller rim.

I would say MT's if ur going for traction...they are supposed to be the best. I personally run Nittos but they dont hook as good as the MT's
