Default Chrome SS 10 spoke wheels leaking

Is this common for chrome wheels? I've had the tires pulled and checked a few times and the rims cleaned and best as possible. I dont see chrome flaking. One still leaks about 30lbs every 4-5 days.

you either have a valve stem leak, a tire puncture only present under load or the tire bead is not properly sealing.

^ What he said. Me personally I can't think of anything else that would cause that to happen other than what HitmanWS6 said.

Have the entire wheel checked for a leak.
One of my wheels has a TINY hole on the rim, it leaks SLOW, but it's there, tire shop recommends a JB weld to seal it.

You just described my rear passenger side wheel... I have yet to have it checked, so Im just filling it up every other week. BTW tires are brand spanking new.

Fill the tire to about 45-50 psi. Put it in a dunk tank. Roll the valve stem around, see if it leaks. Check the tread carefully for leaks. Or, you could have a pinhole in a wheel.
I've worked in several shops and have tracked down some pretty tricky leaks. I've spent 45 minutes STARING at a tire in a dunk tank before.
And, chrome wheels are FAMOUS for bead leaks. They're hard to spot in a dunk tank unless you put a LOT of pressure in the tire (50 psi+)

My chrome 10 spokes did this, one had a slow leak. The previous owner had said he had had some problem with it too and had them sealed or something, but I didn't have a problem with them for a few months and then I had it happen once in the fall and then more often when it got colder. I have the ZR1's now, but I don't think you're alone.
