Camaro or TransAm? I think the needed offsets differ, so be sure to check if you have TA . Anyway, I have ZR1 knock-offs with a +50mm offset for tack use on my '01 Camaro. You need to roll the rear fender lip, massage the inner well a bit, and grind a bit off around the bumpstops. The fronts fit with no spacer, although full lock can rub a bit.

For rolling the lip, check with "69TA". He used to rent out a roller with a heat gun, but not sure if he is still around.

Did you search under Road Race? you should be able to find more info around here.

It has been done for autocross and roadrace only. You need grandsport offset 1/4" spacers and longer wheel studs. It is not something I have seen anybody run on the street because it would be a bitch to turn

I have been thinking about getting 18x10s for the front and 11s for the rear to give the agressive look, but 17x11 ZR1s just look sick on 4th gens. That 3rd gen, sorry but looks like joe dirt should be behind the wheel.

That looks great. I would love to run 17x11's all the way around on mine. I only drive it about 1500 miles per year. I am suprised the fronts work with no spacer. How much does it rub the iner fenders, and do you think a small spacer would improve the situation?

I think the spacer in the front would make everything worse and then they may stick out like the 3rd gen posted above. From what I have read the 4th gens have more room up front than they have in the rear and guys are running the 11s up there with 315/35 road race tires and no problems. I bet its a handful to drive though on the street, on the roads around here my car with 275/40s up front gets sucked all over the road.

Hell, my all stock suspension 16k mile car rubs the inner fender with my stock ws6 wheels and tires, i cant imagine how bad a 11'' wheel would rub.

Well thanks to you I think I just changed my mind on my wheel setup, I just sent Lance from OEwheels a PM on a set of 17x11s. So we'll see what happens, but I think 315s at all 4 corners is in order I only drive about 5k miles a summer if I'm lucky so I'm really not worried if its a handful on the street.
