Wheel size for noob

Hey guys, so I'm trying to spec some rims out. I have been looking at year one rims. I know they make a 4th gen kit, but the rear rim sucks. So I'm wanting to possibly buy a couple custom rims from them for the back.
I'll be fine with the two standard rims up front, but in the back I want about .5-1" more of the polished lip on an 18"x10" rim.
So I have only been looking at rim dimensions for a few minutes, but I don't want to screw up. If I change the offset that alters the backspacing and I don't know where I run into trouble with rubbing/clearance. Can somebody tell me what rim dimensions I'm looking for? And by changing the wheel width I alter all of this too right? So can you hold my hand and tell me offset and backspacing that will clear stock equipment and also stick out the extra .5-1" (the more the better without looking stupid please) with the biggest lip for these sizes?

17x9.5
18x9.5
18x10

And if they sell two rims in the cast style that also fit 4th gens and give more lip without looking stupid can you point me toward them too? Cause as of now I want to buy 2 17x9.5 with 6.5" backspacing for $200 each. But if a third gen front set works I'd like to know.

Also pics of these sizes you recommend would be awesome. I know there aren't any of this particular set, but the pics of other rims in that size will give me an idea.

Am I looking for basically:

18x10 +50-55mm OS, 6" BS?
or 0-5mm OS, 4" BS?
18x9.5 +50-55mm OS, 6.5" BS?
or 0-5mm OS, 4.5" BS?
17x9.5 +50-55mm OS, 6.5" BS?
or 0-5mm OS, 4.5" BS?

Correct my noob math if need be and if you could explain what I may be doing wrong would be awesome too.

One thing to think about is the larger the wheel the heavier and more rotational mass you will have. If you are in it only for looks then disregard what I just said.Oh and those wheels in your last post are very nice. That is a very nice choice.

Yeah looks only. My only concern is fitting as wide a rear tire as possible and not rubbing while having the biggest lip possible. And the rims in the last post have the right dimensions (minus rim width) but I don't want those rims.

id get 18's since 19 and 20s will make you go with slimmer tire which is really bad. you get less protection for the wheel and rough ride for sure. altho the last wheels in the link are nice.
