Not a matter of time, it's just about putting all the experience and facts out there for people who want to know. The setup I ran was slightly different from what most do, I discovered certain things while doing it that may help others looking for info on wider-than-stock front tire setups. I tend to notice certain small details that others may not. Anyone researching is free to read all the info and decide what move they want to make. And I'm certainly not arguing about what looks "best", just about what the end result will be. What a person likes is up to them, but they need to know what to expect.

Haha!
Perhaps this is what caused the disagreement in this thread. I think some people feel that unless the "sticking out" is super obvious (like in that pic), or isn't enough to bother them personally, then it doesn't count. But even the slightest bit is *still* sticking out, for the purpose of reference for people that want to know exactly what to expect.
Whether or not a certain amount of sticking out looks good/OK/acceptable/great/nasty/awful/unacceptable/etc. is a whole different debate and I think that's how things got off course here.

I like the look and want the grip.
How is this working out for you?
any success? any tips for someone also interested in running wide up front?
I was considering going to 10in....but was a little concerned it may be too much...had not thought about 11in.
