I think discounttiredirect.com has the best price. You don't pay taxes or shipping. The initial cost is a little more than tirerack, but they charge shipping.

I actually just bought 2 NT05R's from DTD for $360 shipped to my door. Tirerack doesn't carry Nitto's.
