Default What size wheel?

I just ordered a MWC 9" that is going to be shortened 3" per side. I have decided I want to run Weld RTS. So I want a 17 in the front and a 15 in the back with a 4.5 backspace. What backspace and width should be in the front? I also think I will eventually orders some RTS 17's for the back also to run as a matched set for street use so I can just change the rears for track use. Would also like to see a 17/15 combo on a black TA if anybody has it. Thanks

D.J.

Also what tire and size for the front? I want to run a 28" tire on the back with a 15x10 wheel. What drag tires are you getting good results with? Stock ride height and really dont want to BFH mod the car too much if I can avoid it

sorry I can't help you, but nice choice on wheel...those are awesome. I used to run my Buick in Charleston, not a bad little track.

I do have some pics of a 17/15 combo only on a camaro though a members car,I don't think this pic does any justice to the setup, but I like the look of the 17 n front

I know the pic isn't really what your looking for but figure it gives ya some idea on how it will kinda play out,I know I think I saw a few setups like this if ya search for drag setups, there are lots of picks, and info on what people are running with the shorter rears, hope that helps, sounds like a bad *** set up though

yeah I'm pretty stoked about being able to run the deep dish wheels. Just hope the 17/15 combo looks good as it will probably be awhile before I can afford another set of 17's the rear
