Default I can't figure this "offset (and or) backspacing" crap out...

I want 15in wheels on all 4 corners 7in wide on the front and 9in wide in the back...
What is the the backspacing I need for these wheels to fit (correctly) on a 2000 camaro?

And I've already looked at that thread before but it didn't give me exact measurements..

They will not fit over the front brakes.

By the time you put in new studs and run a huge spacer it will look like **** and still not clear the calipers
