Default Tire tread wear/tread wear indicators

If you bought some tires and were told they only had 100 miles on them, and then were sent tires like these - would you believe they only had 100 miles on them? My untrained eye has them almost down to the wear indicators, and there is cupping on the treads.

BF Goodrich drag radials - I know they're soft tires, and only start out life with 5.5/32'nds, but at 100 miles I'd be expecting nearly new tires regardless.

Am I reading them wrong? Do they look fine to you? 100 miles an accurate amount of wear?

i just bought a set of used BFG drag radials from a buddy of mine. he said there were about 300 miles on them and 5 passes at the strip. they look a hell of a lot newer than whats in your picture. id like to believe it was just a misunderstanding between you and the seller, but you may have gotten ripped off.

Thread said 100 miles and I confirmed again prior to payment. They look to me to be missing a couple 0's in the mileage estimation.

Yea those tires look way older then they really. I would have to agree and say those look like they have about 100 miles left.
