555 vs NT05 vs proxes TQ
ok, im in need of new rear tires, i had BFG g-force sports on there for about 10-15k miles (~13k?) and they performed pretty well and lasted the past 4 summers
I want a tire that will last at LEAST 3 summers for me, and hook better as well as be okay in the rain since I only have my camaro on the road in the summer
my best 60' with the BFGs was 2.05 with 2.2 being the norm
the 555s are the cheapest and will last the longest, but idk if theyll hook any better than the bfgs
I have heard mixed things about the NT05s, mostly that they're a tire for the corners and not so much the straight line... I like the twisties, but never push the car that hard in them (its not worth an accident) and usually make 1-2 trips to the track a year
and finally the proxes seem to be the best, but are also by far the most expensive and I've heard mixed things about how long they will last
Thanks for any help!

555 will last the longest but are the worst for hooking up.
NT05 wont last too long but are great for hooking up on the street
Proxes TQ will prob last as long as the NT05 and be the best at the track.

I've never taken my car to the track, but I've been running the Toyo Proxes TQ 315/35/18 and love these tires. Never any traction issues at all, tread life seems great, and feel like a regular street tire in the rain
