Thank you all for your opinions...I'm getting a 50% split both ways on liking and disliking this setup. Personally, I agree with some of you that it should come in a little, but at the current moment, I'm going to leave it the way it is. This is mostly because of the lack of room I have for the random pothole or whatever.

Since this seems to be a big topic apparently...there is no motor in the car at this time, so it's sitting higher all around. The reason the front seems to be sitting normal is that my driveway slants upwards.

Here is my car on a flat surface (Prokit on the front and stockers on the rear):

My bad, don't know how I missed the spacer measurment picture, I saw the 2.5 ARP and somehow thought you were talking about the spacer. I say try the .75 spacer, the tires don't move that much. Especially since it looks like you have a slight stretch going on, they shouldn't move at all.

what's up with your 275s being bald on the outside of the tires?

No idea, those tires are what came with the 17x9.5" wheels I bought as the set with the 17x13s. I'm assuming they were on the front and he had a bad alignment going on.

I like it, just needs to be tucked a bit more. That's all part of the game though, keep tinkering until it's just right. Then get a nice low picture from the rear of the car!

It is lowered, I'm missing a good 600lbs or more off of the front end, so the car is sitting a little high. I'll get more pics when the car has a motor and trans back in it.

hehe...thanks. I've actually had people from my car club right behind me and they can't distinguish what is a "1" and what is an "I"...I'd bet my yearly salary that a cop couldn't grab the plate if I blew past him doing 100+

Am I the only one that fails to see how a missing motor drastically affects the height on the ***-end of a car?

Hahaha! I was wondering the same thing.

Hmmm...your car must have the optional "gyroscopic suspension" from the factory.

In all seriousness, I think getting rid of the huge fender gap and tucking those wheels just a little bit more would make it perfect.

Man! I love that plate. You are a genius. Finally a reason to waste my money on a vanity plate.

Oh. And the 'sits high i don't know why if no motor' guys: The motor affects the height of the entire vehicle. Just measure yours before and after and let us know -haha.

I still think that you could get those bad boys to fit without a mini-tub if just use a smaller spacer, a BFH and tubular LCA's...

It looks u have have enough inner fender well room since u cut that metal out.

I remember seeing these wheels for sale when they were originally listed. I actually considered buying them at the time.

It makes a huge difference. You're talking about 450+ lbs being out of the car along with possibly the transmission as well. My 93 looks like a lifted 4x4 right now.

I've had the motor out of my car twice and only the front-end raised.
