yeah no doubt! their looking great!

Im hoping I look ok with 275/40/17 stock 01 speedlines. All the other rides have wide tires in the rear to compensate moving the wheels out an inch.

we'll see tomorrow.

got a problem?!!

here's what i got and trying to put on today....

and my problem is the OEM studs stick out a little to far and when i try to put my wheel back on ....it wont go cause it hits the studs. (yes i know im suppose to put the nuts on the spacer before the wheel goes on)

looking a the OEM 01 Speedline back...i figured the OEM studs would just sit right in the extra cavities but its a no go...they just hit and wont allow the wheel to go on.

DO i cut what is extending past the 1" spacer? I mean i know i can but will it screw up the hub if and when i go to another wheel?

If you don't want to cut the ends of the studs off, which isn't a big deal then just grind a flat spot on all the studs until it fits.
IMO, I'd just cut the ends off, which would be easier, and take a lot less time.

yeah cutting will be alot easier which is what im gonna do....

yeah but if i ever wanna go back to not using the spacer....will i have to replace my wheel studs to be able to use a different wheel?

im thinking it will be ok...I only have to cut right down to the threads and not past. Its just good to have that extra bit of stud.

This is actually why I decided to go with the 30mm. I thought I would clear the studs, low an behold I was still off but not by much.lol I just had to grind down half the unthreaded part of the stud. If your gonna grind/cut down into the thread I would preferably mount the nuts on first. So that you could back em out and not have to worry about later trying to get the nuts back on. Oh, and good luck if your going the cutting route. I opted not to and I'm not saying you can't. I guess it would all depend on what your gonna use to cut them that is.

ummm....your a little late with the reply.....the pictures above are after. Yeah i used a cut off wheel on a grinder and did put a nut on before cutting off the nub, I had to go 1 thread farther so all is good!

I think 30mm would have stuck out a little to much for my liking I good with the way it looks with the 25mm.

those come in pairs as all do

hmmm? a question,

does adding the 1" spacers on the back affect when a 4 wheel alignment is done to the car?

There is nothing to align in the back of our cars from the factory. If you're paying for a 4wheel alignment instead of just getting the front aligned then you're getting ripped off.

LOL....yeah i know there is no camber/toe adjustment for the rears. They attached those things to all 4 tires for a reason....to see if the front to rear are aligned or your car is side step-in cause when i adjusted my PHB i had them check it on the machine to see how close i was.

There is actually thrust angle. It can be compensated for, if it's not straight, with alignment on the front, slotting rear mounting wholes, or adjustable arms.

Everyones cars is looking great!!!!

I ordered a set of H&r for my friend. The h&R fit a little snugger on the hub than mine did, but mine were off brand.

Go for h&r guys. both mine and his both I tightend them with a 4 way and they never have broke loose, but still worth checking after a couple miles.

I was just going to use some 5/16 spacers I have around with longer studs but after seeing those pics I think I'll go with the 20mm adapters. Maybe I'll just use the 5/16 spacers up front and the 20mm on the back.

I've got a 2000 WS6, can I get 315s on the rim? It looks like many of you have the stock rim with 315s and a spacer.

Also what does it mean to have a rolled fender?

Mine is dropped about 1.8 inch with QA1s.

thanks for the help.

no you cant put 315's on the stock WS6 rim....and no we dont have 315's on our stock rims

with the spacer it gives it the look of having wider tires because the spacer puts the wheel out further towards the edge of the rear quarter panel.

rolled fender means, using a tool or BFH and bending the underside of the edge flat against its self......best i can put it.

feel up under your rear edge and imagine it not there but being bent flat at a 90*
