Default Will 2001 SS rims fit my 1993 Z?

i just picked up 2001 camaro ss wheels (17x9) for my 1993 z28. I couldn't find a thread on here with these rims. i could only find ones with ZR1 (17x9.5) but then again i am a noob to this site. I did find something one time about the 1993 hub being just a hair big, like .03 inches to be exact if im not mistaken. they suggested grinding the inside of the rim down with a dremel. Is any of this true? thanks in advance

Instead of grinding o your rim and affecting the structure, I would change out the hub and spindle set up. Aluminum rims needs all the structural secureness they can get. Just my .02

trimming the inner hub section isn't going to hurt the integrity of the wheel

The amount you have to grind off won't do **** in the long run go ahead and grind them down a hair that's all it takes I have done it multiple times
