I just recently got some 18x9.5 C5's, but am still in need of tires. IMO, C5,s and Z06's Might look pretty cool on a Bird. Actually, Ive never ACTUALLY seen a Bird with Z06's, but saw a SOM bird with the C5's..Prett dope lookin...and the C5's are inexpensive. If you look on the ebay, you'll find geeat deals..

I agree, the HRE's do look sweet but don't they come in chrome? or just polished lip. I have been thinking about rims all day at work today and I started thinking..I rarely even see F-bodies around here, when I do they don't have aftermarket rims so I can't say that I have even seen TT II's around here besides world of wheels car show, but maybe its that so many people on LS1tech.com have them that bothers me. anyways..I enjoy getting home and seeing the email saying I have responses! thanks.. I have had my eye on the Boyd Smoothie IIs for awhile. I guess renamed the smoothie 5 now. I think the slightly dished lips will look sweet on my Black WS6. I think all of his wheels are incredible. The Timeless II is awesome, theres a post with a SOM TA with those wheels right at the top of the appearance forum. Check it out! The rallye 2 looks good. I think you hit the nail on the head. I just got done looking at the Boyd website, and the Hotrod is my choice as well. I am thinking 18 x 9 on all four corners. They are definitely chrome, correct? Looks like about $475 a wheel, so 1900 for four, and then I need tires. Sheet, its very tempting, the wife will **** a brick. I have looked at so many wheels, and I'm SO picky, but these appeal to me. Fikse FM/10 are nice as well but not chrome, and I believe cost more. Keep us posted on what you decide. The earliest I would be buying would probably be June.
