Default Weld RT-S or CCW LM20????

Ok fellas I need some help here. Ive come along way on my 98 TA this summer its currently under going cam swap, a new stall, and heading out on a 3 hr trip to get dyno tuned at SRE in wichita here in a couple weeks.

Now this is where your help comes in. Ive been relentlessly sreaching for wheel options Im wanting to run a 17X9 in the front and 17X11 in the rear. the options for the 17x11 seem to be pretty limited. Im kinda bouncing back and forth between the 2 wheels listed in the title. But am I over looking anyother good wheel options?? Anyway thanks for any opinions or advice you guys may have Im open to new ideas

You can't go wrong with CCW. Have you checked out Fikse? Look great on a TA. I've got the Profil 5 wheels; 18x10 18x11.

I really like the RTS. Plus I think there is a rebate you can get on them now.
On a side note, why not head toward KC for a tune. Theres a really good tuner in Lees Summit.

For now the car is ugly as hell (bought it that way in april) its silver with pearlesent flames. But the plan is to have it painted over the winter it will be a metalic black with satin CETA striping

Yeah the RTS is about 200 less per wheel than the CCW not counting the rebate. Im not in love with either wheel i listed but they are my top 2 picks so far. Im hesitation is Im not sure how well the RTS will flow with my up coming paint job.

As far as going to KC for tune everyone I talked to either had a bad rap on the street or were total dicks when I talked to them and SRE is 200 bucks less than all my other quotes here in KC

If you dont love the wheel, I would find something you do. I bought some Billet specialties that im not crazy about and im always looking for something else.
Who did you look at for a tune in KC?

Fikse is not a common f body wheel neither is ccw. The only time I see either wheel in person is at large f body meets/car shows. Matter of fact I have never seen ccw's in person.

Ya if anything Fikse are much rarer than CCWs just not LM20s. I havent seen many if anyone with 17s or 18s Welds either. For me Im probably ordering 505a like Bob suggested but I have tossed around the idea of classics and LM20s. True Forged wheels look good but a few of their wheels look very close to CCWs but not nearly as good, so Im up in the air with them. I was close to buying a set but for a couple extra hundred I think CCW is the better looking wheel that knows F-bodys.

Well after all the searching and going back and forth between wheels I kept landing on the LM20 so yesterday I pulled the trigger and put in the order and they should be here in 3-4 weeks wrapped in new 275 and 315 rubber. I just ordered yesterday and Im already tiredof waiting hopefully there wont be any delays in the process
