Got a call monday, I think it was from customs, anyway my wheels are on the way. I know my wait time was a few weeks past the 8 week mark. I didn't mind waiting for a set of wheels that I was going to have some private time with. Of course my girlfriend could join but she can be very selfish sometimes.

I placed my order on July 27th I believe. The number for Fikse is in the first post in the sig. I've been pretty patient, but problem after problem isn't acceptable especially for waiting this long. They should've shipped 2 weeks ago, but due to Fikse scratching one of my wheels I wanted them to make me a new one. They offered me $400 if I took the wheels including the scratched one, but i feel I should get that for the inconvenience.

This is going on week 7 for me. I wasnt that happy but after hearing from Danny I assumed it wouldnt be as long as the guys who have been waiting 10+ weeks. To hear Danny was laid off and that their fixing a machine while still moving isnt promising. I thought after the materials deal was fixed it wouldnt be that bad. Im going to call them and see whats up. I am regretting my purchase again..

with danny gone i will not be going to order from them,i have heard way to many bad things in the past month. and its not like we are talking about a 1300 dollar set of wheels, for the price customer service should be top notch. honest i feel bad for you guys , i know they will make it right with you guys but honest all i read is problem after problem, sounds to me as if they could be going out, again

There has only been one problem iirc, and that is the lack of materials to meet production requirements...i don't think anyone has received a set of wheels with any problems...has anyone? Fikse had to make a business decision to do away with a position, unfortunately it was the guy we are accustomed to dealing with. I don't think anything will change just b/c Alan is taking over. I believe Alan is the VP of Sales and Marketing...I'm sure he will be taking care of us just as well as Danny did, give him a chance.
edit: now i see that they had/have a problem with a machine, so more delays...but I'm sure it won't affect quality....just going to have to wait a bit longer.
