Got my M&H 325/45Rs mounted... here's a teaser, all my stuff to assemble my new rear end should be here this week so I'll update with pics of how they look on the car.

that tire runs small for a 325 most 325s should be over 13inches. but still a nice looking setup for sure

how tall is that tire btw? im thinking of going one inch taller on the rear of my car

Those are bad ***!!!! I have fell in love with my 325/50 M/T on my RTS wheels. Looks really bad *** from the rear.

What size rim are you running in the rear?

You should go an inch wider
I can see in the picture of the wheel in the background
that your rim is crowning the tire.

You want that tire tread patch as flat as possible even with no car weight on them.
Otherwise you are getting less than someone running a 275 and just carrying the extra mass for no reason.

well other than the Forced induction and the E85 and rims its pretty much the same I ment more color combination and looks more than anything.

Thing about austin is my N/A 418 has nothing on some of the cars that run down in that area

 

Thanks man, are you going with M&Hs too, or Mickeys? From what I've read, and from people with experience have told me, is they hook the best out of all DRs.

These are actually the updated version with 1" more tread width, before they only had 10 1/2" of tread. Fits perfectly on a 11" rim. It is a 28" tall tire. 4th gear pulls ftw

It's a 17x11 in the rear. The only bigger option M&H offers is a 390, and that is HUGE, there are some at the shop, lol. I think what you're talking about might be because I filled them with 25psi and or they are brand new and need a few miles to "break in"??

What rear springs are you running? BMR? I've been wanting to run these tires for a long time but i have 295/45/17 Mickeys to burn up first.
