Guy where I'm from had the same rim's and he didn't have the money to throw away on rims. So he scuffed the rims you have with some fine 2500 grit sandpaper and he rattle canned them glossy black with clear coat ontop. Yes, I said that right, he painted them with spray paint. He did use the good dupli color wheel paint you can pick up at your local auto parts store.
I think its like 2 wheels to a can, so you would need 4 cans total and I think they are like 6-7 bucks a can. IMO depending on the color of your car (im guessing NBM from avatar) black would probably look good. Enough of a touch up until you can afford some rims from OEWheels.
I did the same thing on my V6 when before I joined the army. Had someone paint my 5 spoke rims glossy black at his paint shop on the side for 150 bucks.

Well, that guy and I are currently deployed to afghanistan right now otherwise I would take pictures of it for you.
Black Rims from a distant look good on almost any car it it would probably take away from the blandness of stock rims especially with glossy black.

Just did some browsing on google for you I found a picture. Unfortunately nothing of a navy blue metallic t/a with those exact rims painted black. Most people paint the other 5 spoke stock abs wheels.
This set actually looks pretty secsi. They just masked off the lip when they painted it to give it that satin finish around the rim. (But I believe these rims where professionally painted)
Found this picture for you to show how you can paint the rims without getting the paint all over the wheel. You could always dismount the wheels paint and remount only problem is how strong the paint on the lip will be when they go to reapply the wheels will it flake off from the pressure of the tire machine.
