I think there is a bit of confusion here .... the $170 is the difference between a SET of four Weld RT-S's and a SET of Race Stars each set being two 15x4(3.75)/15x10 sizes after you factor in a $100 rebate from Weld Racing. No one posted the RTS's are $170 per wheel.

Now, to go to a 17" front, it would cost you an additional $456 more for the SET of four above the same in 15's .... $457 each as opposed to $229 for a 15". Basically, the 17's are twice as much as the 15's!

Thanks ... actually, the supplier said they would be here Monday, but I won't be mounting them for a while until I find front runners/slicks and the tracks re-open. It was originally going to be a 3-week delivery. I will open the boxes and put them under the tree when the X-Mas tree goes up ... lol.

I understand that Weld is having a hard time keeping up with the RTS orders since they started the rebate.

Not to hi-jack but does anyone know what the difference is between the weldstar RT and the RT-S wheels is? Are the RTs worth the extra $200 a piece?

Rt-s are a three peice wheel. I got them because everyone seems to have the rt and the rt-s have several designs to chose from.

Please post pics of them on your car when you get them. I just called to order and was going to order a set in 17's for my car. If I like the drag style 15's I may go that route. I am curious the look of the 15's in black.

Thanks.

That will look great. I thought about ordering my S60 narrowed and someimes wish I had, but I didn't want to have to run custom wheels on the street (more $$$). I also figured that in a de-mod sell off, the fbody OS/BS wheels and fbody width rear would be easier to sell.
