Question OEWheels C5 DD.

Why don't you offer them with an all black finish?

I'm not a fan of the polished lip. I would buy a set yesterday if you sold them in all black.

For what they cost, you can buy them have them powdercoated all black, have a very durable finish, and still have a very affordable wheel.

I did call. All they told me was "what you see is all you can get." And that they don't make them in all black because "they just don't".

I agree. However, that's another $350+ and time I'd rather avoid. I'll probably end up going that route, though.

I want to know why. When I called, they said they don't make them with an all black finish. When I asked why, they said "um, we just don't.". That didn't answer my question. I've seen quite a few people inquire about an all black finish with no real answer. But thanks for nothing, guy...

Oewheels makes alot of wheels that I feel no one likes and they dont make alot of things like centercaps without the vette flags, WS6 or SS replica wheels but at the price they still sell alot of wheels. I however didnt want to settle so I went a different route.

We dont do the wheel in all black because there is very little demand for them.

When we decide to do a wheel there is a lot of research put in to figure out if the wheel will be popular or not. As some have pointed out "there's a couple of wheels no one wants" that is just a personal preference. corvette owners may like something f body owners do not and vice versa.

Hopefully this will clear some questions up. :

If you guys do alot of research then why dont you sell centercaps without any logos ? Theres quite an abundance of people who dont want the vette flags on their center caps .

They are coming. It take a little while to do the molds for every style corvette wheel we carry, also were alocating money toward new styles so that slow down the process a little also. They are coming though. Not sure exactly when but some time in 2012.
