Default Racestar 92 Dragstars and ET street radials 325 x 50 x 15

I just purchased some Racestar 92 Dragstars in 15 x 10 with 7.5" BS and some Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials 325 x 50 x 15. I put them on the car yesterday to see what all had to be clearanced to get them to fit. I ended up having to remove the bump stop mount completely from the inner fender well and beating the inner fender well in quite a bit at the front of the fenderwell area. I tried to take the car for a drive last night and it is still rubbing somewhere. Those of you that have gone with this setup or one similar to it did you have to cut out the bump stop mount completely and beat in your inner fenderwell to get the wheels to fit? Do you have any pictures of what all you had to do to get them to fit?

hey...about the bump stop mount...yes they gotta go, you have to beat the inner fender quiet a alot and still they are gonna rub when turning, specially with a spool, and im preaty sure you will also need offset LCA's

I ran 15x10.250 with 7.50" backspace and 325/50/15s. I did some pounding with a BFH, removed the bump stops, but didn't remove the mounts..never had any issues with rubbing. Stock LCA's at the time as well.

Adj LCA's and panhard rod def make it a little easier to fit those tires, but aren't necessary. Bump stops are gone on mine and the inner fenderwell took a good beating. Fenders need to be rolled as well, any weight in the back or a good bump will cause it to rub the tire.

Alright guys, I guess I just gotta keep working on it then. Mine is more like Javier1730's as I am gonna have to completely remove the bump stop mount. Unfortunately I don't have a plasma cutter so looks like it's sawzaw city for me. I do have adjustable LCA's and panhard rod so it makes it easier but the bump stop mounts gotta go. Thanks

yeah lol you gonna have lots of fun cutting with a sawzaw through that thick metal....after you get done cutting and smashing you can spray some bed liner on the wheel well, to keep the rust out, and it looks really clean, ill see if i can get you some after shots, i also welded the thick steel part where the bump stops were to the back piece just to keep the strength.
