Help me decide which ones to add this spring! Show me some pics too! Want to stick with the 17x9.

 

ive beenn asking the same around...i dont think theres a whoooole lot of 17x9...there are QUITE a few 17x9.5's...

theres some iForged 2 piece rims i believe that are 17x9

i hear many good things about the Torque Thrust II's
Smoothie 2's
HRE 545's i believe is what they are called..
stick with a REAL nice 5 spoke...

im looking into TT II's myself...17x9.5 up front rapped in 275/40ZR17 Nitto 555R's and 17x11 out back rapped in 315/35ZR17 Nitto 555R's (not positive bout tires looking round) my only worry is how they look on stock height...how ,much they actually might stick outside past the fender lip...and i dont want to really haveta do any BFH mods or any fender rolling

cant go wrong with fm5's but theyre spensive.

For some reason, I like the c5's better than all of those. I think they look cool on the Ws6..I wish I could find some that were 17x9!

 

iForged doesnt make a 17X9 in a 2 piece wheel....... 17X8 and 17X10......... a 275/40 will fit nice on a 17X8..... and a 315/35 will fit on a 17X10..... you can make it fit on a 17X9.......... I made a big reply about it in the above thread about iForged wheels...... they are not cheap and the wait for the wheels is horrible... 16 weeks to recieve mine....... But there 18X9 and 18X10 with a 1.5" lip up front and a 3" lip out back.......



I sold them...... they were way to heavy and i blew my old motor so i needed cash at the time..... i miss them though....

My mistake NA$TY-TA...i forgot that it was 18x9..I LOVE YOUR COLOR Too...

 

Best rims for a WS6 are the stock 98-2000 WS6 rims. The 01-02 ones are awful. Aside from those, 15' Weld Draglite slicks n skinnies look hot on any TA.

 

I think the Y2k C5 rims look AWESOME on TA's, and theyre about half the price of the fikse/hre/i forged rims. Guess it depends on how much cash you want to drop. heres a pic, not my car but looks sweet as hell

 

Thanks man...... I was so lucky i found this color in a TA..... i know alot of V6's have it but only 98 TA's are Bright Green Metallic....
I agree with above also 2000 WS6 wheels look awsome and 01-02 look like A$$.

Chrome SS Wheels from SLP Deapending on what color your car is paint the middle gunmetal or black and leave the chrome lip

Does anybody have any more pics of that yellow WS6? Do you know who's car it is? I would like to see some different views of the car and know the exact color. Red wasn't what I wanted but it was my only choice being that I bought new in aug. '02. The dealer wasn't even supposed to get my car so beggars can't be choosers. Thanks for any info.

 

Thats my car, i love the rims but i need to get them clear coated or something. they are fading.
