Need Help!! (wheels and tires)

Need Help!! (wheels and tires) Planning on purchasing some new wheels and tires in the next month or so, and am having some trouble deciding.
The two options are:
stock C6 wheels - front: 18x8.5, rear: 19x10
or
chrome ZR1's - front: 17x9.5, rear: 17x11
I really like how staggered wheels look, as well as larger diameter wheels, also not a crazy fan of chrome wheels. I have been talking to a guy at the tire shop near where I live and he mentioned that the tire selection for C6 19" rears is not that extensive if I want to remain at the original stock diameter of the wheel and tire together...
I pretty much just drive the car on the street, but to take it to the track a couple times a year. I wanted to avoid running drag radials, as I understand that they wear really quickly?
If you feel neither a the right option and want to recommend something else I am all ears!!

Get the ZR1s. They look better (IMO, of course), you'll have a much better (and much cheaper) selection of tires, and you won't need adapters. Plus I don't think that staggered wheels look right on F-bodies; that's a Vette thing.

I really like the ZR1 wheels, I voted for those, probably will be my next setup. C6 wheels are old and tired, everyone has them, and I only deal with them because their priced right all the time.
But I usually try to stick to GM repo's, or other decent wheels I don't plan on keeping forever. But when your talking "other" other, man you can spend up 4k on wheels alone. If only...
