pics for everyone thats thinking about C5 DD wheels! *new pics page 2*
Just got them on today, with eibach pro kit, looks ******* BEAUTIFUL.
I know when i was trying to decide what wheels to get, i couldnt find a single camaro or trans am with chrome C5 DD on it, so heres a few pics. A photo shoot will happen soon.
18x9.5 front, 18x10.5 rear, BFG KDW2's on front, BFG drag radials rear.
So this is for anyone debating what wheels they should get, these C5 DD were a risk, i wasnt sure how theyd look... but 750 bucks later (plus 1200 for tires lol) i have a quite beautiful looking car now! but dont forget to lower her. and get a spacer and panhard bar as well.
Like i said, not the best pics, but its just so you get an idea and maybe help you decide on what you want. as soon as the goddamn snow is gone im going to have a photo shoot with my buddies. cant wait for spring!

haha thanks guys. and i know about the 17 front and 18 rear, thats how i bought them online and then i called and said i wanted the fronts to be 18x9.5 and rear 18x10.5 and they said okay... so i dont know why it wasnt just as simple as giving a 18 inch wheel rather than 17 inch but oh well...
glad everyone enjoys the pics!

Agreed.
They do have some finishes in this wheel in 18x9.5. The only one I can think of off the top of my head that they didnt do in 18s is polished. You would have to run a 17 up front and 18 out back unless you wanted to do 18x10.5 on all 4. Go to their website or PM Scott. He'll hook you up..
at first they where only available in 17" front and 18" in the rear, and i really wanted them in 18" on all 4, OE wheels then told us that they would be available in 18 on front, but it took a long time and i gave up on waiting.

and mac, the guy i work with has a firehawk, he has the polished wheels with the black edges, same size wheels as mine, 18s in the front.. so are you sure youre right about that?
