Looks good man I'm wanting to get a set of Race stars as well. I had to grind my calipers for the jeg wheels so I should be good on the grinding part the 3 little ridges are gone and its a smooth caliper now. I don't want to grind anymore off.. My fronts are grinded also a little to fit the jegs wheels without a spacer.. Did you have to do any grinding on the fronts..

nope no grinding at all in the front. None of my wheels are balanced, you may run into issues with wheel weights in the fronts... i'm not sure. The rears definitely won't take any weights lol they hit the calipers. Needless to say it's a rough ride over 65 until I figure out a way to balance them

[QUOTE=ec_nova;16082971]BFH, definitely. Rolling fenders, no. My coworker's car has the same wheels/tires and all he had to do was cut off the bumpstops and some BFH. The only part of the calipers that MAY need grinding is the 3 little ridges that stick up in the middle, on the top towards the piston.
What means BFH ?
Buy the way i love the way they look in you car! Is for sure i going to sell may pro stars buy those Dark Star

Looks bad ***! Was so happy to hear that Racestar finally made them in black. Think I'm going to order some for my rear until I can afford skinnies. What size are yours? Any problems!

15x3.75 front, 15x10 rear. My fenders were already rolled, and bumpstops were already removed so I had no fitment issues. I DID grind some of my rear calipers because it was too close for my liking.

Just received my darkstars. You are right they are sweet in person. Although I had to grind a lot more than I would have liked for the rear. I did get the DD though so maybe that was it. Anyways my question is what rear lugs u got in the later pics (OPEN). The ones that jims sent are open but they are too long. They dont allow the required nhra rule as far as sticking past the threads. And I got 2.5 or 3" studs. Make sense. Anyways your car looks badass. Yours is the reason I went darkstars. Thanks.

no problem. Just FYI, that rule dictates how far the threads have to stick past the lugs mating service to the wheel, not how far they come into the lugs. But having them poke out of the lugs just makes it a quicker inspection. I think they have to protrude like 12mm from where the washer meets the wheel

The rims should fit fine. Pending on tire size is where your going to have to bh,roll, etc but my 15x10 prostars on a 26 inch tire fit fine, now i have 28s and fenders and bh had to be done,im really in the air to get black or polished, im thinking polished but 17s will be in the front
