i use to be the same way. if it didnt have a tread pattern, no way it could pass, till i read up on what goes into making a tire DOT.

Whoa! Nice looking tire for sure.

As a proud member of the "more driveline than engine" club, I'm gonna have to buy a set to replace my tired ET Streets for some street/track action this summer.

9", 4.11's, 1350 U-joints, steel DS, T56, Monster Stage 2 clutch.....and a stock LS1/fullbolt ons. I'm pretty sure I could leave at 6K and not hurt anything.

I swear M/T makes such random sizes! 275/60R15 & fits 9.5" rim. Why cant they make some different sizes. I wonder if these would do alright on a 15x10. Might be pushing it...

It's not a random size, it's the size that's legal for the x275 class. And yes it absolutely will fit on a 15x10.

Just a FYI these tires are marked on the sidewall-it's something like "Not for street use-for race track only".Its not in tiny letters either. With that tread (or lack of) I can see people getting pulled over on the street and depending on your state laws these tires may be a problem even if they have a dot stamp. Its my understanding that in Pa. tires with that kind of warning on them are not legal for Pa. inspection. These tires are really for the serious racers -especially the 275 class racers. The regular mt street radials are plenty good for most of the street/strip guys.

yes unfortunately a 275/60 is too small for a 10" wheel. tire manufacturers have put a lot more research into what wheels they are intended for than someone on the internet who knows somebody/or personally put it on their wheel. The tire has too much sidewall and not enough contact patch to be effective on a 10" wheel. YES, they will fit, and YES you will probably hook decently, but 1. it will look like **** and 2. you are not utilizing the tire to its full potential. Hopefully they come out with a 295/55 or 325/50 soon so I can run these! they look great. I already pull the front tires on the street with my ET Street Radials once they're warm, can't wait to see what these things can do!
