Default front tire size with 285/35/18 rear?

What tire size should i go in front with a 285/35/18 rear? I was thinking a 265 but what sidewall? Also what recommendations of tires do you guys have for front and back? semi sticky durable tire. My Nexen n7000s wore way to quick. thanks

i would go with a 265/40 tire. bf kdws are a good tire IMO. I run 275/40/17 up front and a 295/35/18 out back with no issues running bfg kdws tires.

what about a 265/35/18 in front? that would be a 92.75 mm sidewall in front to my 99.75 mm rear with 285/35.

What are your front and rear wheel widths? That will help determine tire size.

I run a 285/35/18 out back and either a 265 or 275/35/18 out front. 18x9.5 is what I have. Just depends which size is cheaper at the time. 265's on now. If you want a taller wall out back I would just go with a xxx/40/18 on back. Might be a little harder to find a tire that comes in both of those sizes though.

Imo your over thinking it..factory ws6 run 275-40-17.. they provide plenty of grip... period.
You can run a 295-35-18 easy.. just for you info factory z06 run 295 -35 rears..and a 265 front..

Once you go huge out back you run into cornering understeer.

Do a seach.
