Pics - Need your votes on wheels for my 30th anniversary white z28!
Ok so my 30th anniversary z28 is Arctic white, hugger orange stripes, and came with the 16" white wheels. It looked great for stock, but I need bigger and better
I tried on my set of black Z06's from my red 383 z28, and they actually look pretty sexy, a lot better than I was expecting!
So I need your votes on which wheels I should go with. Do you like the black Z06's? I'm thinking chrome, or maybe even doing white on whatever new set I go with. If the car didn't have the orange stripes (which I love) it would be a wrap, the Z06's would be perfect. They do still look damn good though.
I'll post up pics of each setup I've tried on the car, and try to find pics of the prospect wheels on 30th or white camaro's to see what they would look like. The car is at a decent ride height as is, but keep in mind I'll be putting on some brand new BMR lowering springs and Bilsteins tomorrow I'm pulling off my 383 car.
VOTE UP! THANKS
Here's the C6 Z06's from my other car on there.. looks much sexier than I though it would!

I had a 97 just like yours, but an SS. I had the 17" white ZR1's and LOVED them. You can always pick up a set of 17x9 & 17x11 and PC them white. That's my vote.
Do the 30th some justice and keep it how it was with the white ZR1's. They are so rare now. I'd kick my own *** if I could go back 2 years. Like, hospital and drinking from a straw for 2 months *** kicking.

Yeah the ZR1's are definitely one of my top pics, I think the white would be cool and keeping with the OEM, but I do want some flash, love chrome on white cars too.
I picked up a set of C5 Z06 rims, chrome w/ rivets the other day SUUUUUUPER cheap. 2 of them have some pitting/peeling starting and the other 2 are pretty bad. After trying them on the car I like the way they look, but I think there are definitely better options so I'm probably going to sell them and make a few bucks.

Sex on wheels right there, and that's exactly what my car looks like except I have the LS1 SS spoiler. But I've got the CME, orange inserts / badge overlays, and will be getting either a SS hood or repainting my 2.5" Harwood to go on this car. But I have the door trim deleted for that smooth body line that goes all the way around... love it
