Rims are CCW T-10s, and I'm not sure the offset to be honest. Tires are 285/35/19s which are taller, but I like them being taller because it helps soften the sidewall a little which the 19s kill.
I'm going to be putting on a set of 305/30/19s very soon.

the PO didnt have a narrow rear end. a simple bolt on car, with only rear lower control arms. thats what he said. reason he sold em was because he didnt want them anymore.

actually looking at the pics of his car again, they were still poking out past the fenders. Yours looks so bad because of how big your tires are as was mentioned, though I think it looked bad on his too. just need the proper offset, or a narrowed rear end for those to look right. might as well put them up for sale/trade and get something with the proper offset.

I got both wheels and tires for a good deal. If I told you how much I got them for, I know for a fact you would have jumped on them just like anyone else on here and would have told me they were a steal. and Im not going to tell you the price. I know I can make them work. Ive seen pictures of 36mm zr1s on camaros and they seem fine, with 315s. stock height and no spacer.

He could have given them to you but it wouldn't have changed the fact they don't fit. 36mm offset is wrong - that experiment was over long ago....unless your rear is narrowed of course, which yours is obviously not. Sell'm and try again.

You could have gotten them free and it will still not be worth it because to make them work properly and not hit the wheel arches would be to limit the rear suspension travel to where it doesn't hit, or narrow the rearend, or cut the wheel arches out and make a wide body type flare on there. Actually... looking at the car I can see a Max Max looking wheel arch working well on it.

I've run 315/35 17 tires on Nitto's NT01, BFG GeForce KD, and now Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta.

The nitto's were the thinnest I had, rim > tire. If you laid it on its side, it'd lie on the rim, not sidewall.

The KD tires were oversized like the Goodyear F1's I think, they give a nice look from the back but will rub a little on tight turns and despite being centered, will just be on the outer edge of the fenderline.

The Vredestein are middle of the road tires in width, they tuck in within the fender and give significantly more clearance than the Goodyear's or BFG. They actually look natural on the car, meaning from the back, it's not overly aggressive like the BFG or the Goodyears, they look "stock" due to fitting within the fender.

The tires on the op's car is too wide, it will hit the fender on turns.

You can not fix that. I run 315 toyo proxy drag radials on a 10.5 oe wheel rim fit well under the quaarter and no roll never rubs. I ground my bump stops back flush to the inner fender well. So they dont get caught going up on the lift.

Only way to fix that problem cheap is install a stock rear end from an early 90's Camaro that runs more narrow.
Good luck otherwise as mentioned you will have to narrow your rear end or install a wide body kit to make those look right.

Who cares how cheap you got them? They dont fit your car so anything over zero dollars abd zero cents is a waste. And when you say your going to "make it work" you do realize outside of narrowing your rear end there is nothing you can do. Luckily for you replica fbody/corvette wheels are soooo cheap these days pretty much anybody can afford them. Your best bet is to just suck it up and buy a new set of wheels.

Definitely a waste of your time posting then.
I lifted up the car today turn out my rear end is slightly out to the left. I know if i were to get an adjustable phb bar, it would align the rear, and the tires would fit just tight. im good enough with "barely" I know a set of zr1s are cheap but at this moment I dont have a set to mount on so for now these will do. I do apologzie for wasting your time, but if this can make them work, I will try.

I do NOT rub when I do a fast turn, or on corners. I have a **** load of space about 2 1/2 inches or so. All I have to do is roll the quarter panel in case when I do carry people in the back but then again I never have anyone back there. so yea. Well thanks. Ill see what i do end up doing.

It doesn't matter if you get the axle perfectly centered... those tires are STILL gonna stick waaaaay the hell out like they are now. Don't even consider getting your rear-end narrowed when you can simply buy 2 new wheels with the correct offset.
