Default Making a 15x11.5 28" tall slick fit

just like title says, I have MT 15x 11.5 x 28 slicks.
I'm putting these on a set of 15x10, 7.5" BS race stars.
How much cutting and maybe fender rolling am I looking at?
I have 28" tall M&H drag radials on the car now with no problem.
I know the slicks are going to grow. Anyone have experience with this?
Thanks in advance. Car is a 98 SS.

I have 28x11.5 et drags on my drag lites (15x10, 7.5 bs). Had to trim the rear bumper cover where it curves into the wheel well and beat the **** out of my inner fender. No fender rolling needed for me. I'm at stock ride height

Do you have stock studs? Any pics of your inner fender? How about your calipers?

Not sure if this is directed to me or the OP, but if for me:
No I have ARP 1/2-3" extended studs. No pics but I just beat the inner fender area where the "inner lip" is and that pointy corner by the lca. I just grinded the fins off my rear brakes (lt1 car) and they fit without any issues...

Nope I dont have any. When you pull the wheel off you will see the inner lip that runs around the whole wheel well. I just bent that in and hit a few other spots that were close to the tire and I was good...

Hopefully, you will take some photos of the before and after of your BFH Mod and post some photos of the tires mounted on the car. If you can, I think it would be nice to sort of plumb bob the fender well to see how much of the rim/tire stick either in or out of the top of the outside lip of the fender well.

I got one side finished today. Removed bump stop and cut out bracket from bumpstop.
Hammered over lip in wheel well and cut bumper cover and metal behind cover. I will try to take some pics tomorrow, but it came out good. Plenty of room.

Only mods I had to do was cut the rear bumper and then beat the metal there and grind the **** out of the caliper top side front side has plenty clearance guess the race stars are differnt then the pro stars and plenty clearance from the bump stops had it at the track and had 12psi and some 4k launches and didnt rub hit on anything fenders arent rolled

Also hammered the inner lip. Pic dosent show it well, but I really folded it over alot.
After touching it back up you cant even really tell.
