Black ice or Black chrome...

Black ice or Black chrome... I've seen a couple companies offering this finish, or at least it appears to be the same finish, with just a different name. I know ROH calls it Black Ice. Looks pretty much like a tinted chrome (dark chrome, etc.)
Is there a company somewhere that could put that finish onto a set of wheels I sent to them? Somewhere close to my area would be nice, but shipping may be an option, depending on cost. I've seen a BMW 330 and a YZF-R1 bike with these wheel finishes and they looked very sweet, very unique (since I've only seen those two so far. May become more popular with time). The bike had a much darker finish to it than the BMW, and the owner called it black chrome. I got black ice from a couple sites selling ROH wheels, and the pics are a lighter color than the R1 wheels were as well. Either looked excellent though.
